Proper Nouns

This morning, we learned about Proper Nouns. Proper Nouns are special names given to ordinary names. Proper Nouns are words starting with capital letters.

Here are some  examples.

My dog's name is ... Spot

My cat's name is ... Baby

My brother's name is ... Morgan

My mum's name is ... Sonia

My dad's name is ... Paul

My cow's name is ... Roisy and morg

My street's name is ... Old Taupiri road 

My town's name is ... Ngaruawahia

Today's day is ... Tuesday

Today's month is ... March

There are some examples if you dont know what I mean. Some times people in our class forget to start Proper Nouns with capital letters. I like learning about Nouns because you get to learn how to write properly.
