Today I learnt about eating healthy cereals. Healthy cereals are All Bran, Fibre Life, porridge and Weetbix. When you go shopping for cereals, you should look at the side of the box to see if it has less than 15 grams of sugar, less than 10 grams of fat and more than 5 grams of fibre. You should always eat a healthy breakfast. If you want to have a bit of sweetness in your cereal, you can add some fruit. Don’t have Cocopops because they have 36.5 grams of sugar and they only have 1.2 grams of fibre. If you don’t have enough fibre in your spaghetti, you could have some wholemeal toast. Also if you want some more fibre in your cornflakes, you can add fruit to have more fibre in your body. I am 9 years old and I like to play with my cousins. I'm very sporty and my best friends are Avia, who lives in Australia, and Eden who lives in Wellington.
