  1. Hi Madeline,

    I can see that you are learning to do freestyle. I can see that you know you need to move your head to the side to take a breath. I can also see that you know you need to kick your legs.

    Your next steps, are to remember to keep your head facing the bottom of the pool, to then move your arms like windmills past your ears. Then, when you need to take a breath, move slightly to the side you need to while your hand is coming up to your ear. Then tilt your head back down to the bottom of the pool. You can also practising making your arm look like a shark fin. This will help you with the bending motion.
